If you come across an image to which you own the rights and you would like to have it removed from the site, please just ask nicely, and we'll try to accomodate you quickly. We were never trying to step on anybody's toes here... We're just running a little website for fun, and taking a picture off of the site isn't a big deal. If, however, you choose to be unfriendly, it will likely take a lot longer, what with all the stress and mental anguish we'll be experiencing, then the whole thing with having to wait for the lawyers to write up a 10 page response, etc. In other words, just ask nicely, and we'll gladly help you out. There's no need for unpleasantness. It's better for you, it's better for us, and neither one of us has to interrupt our lawyers on the golf course.
